Successful Black Girl is a community created to encourage, motivate, and remind black girls they are just that, successful. Often times we allow society to set the standard of what success is for us instead of setting our own standards. Society determines our success according to the type of car we drive, the home we live in, the job we have, the vacations we take, and the size of our bank accounts when in fact success is so much more than just that.

Success is simply achieving personal goals whether big or small! That's it. We have to remember success is a continuous journey and each step counts! We don't have to wait to celebrate at our final destination. Let's celebrate now!
